Booking and Payment Policy
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in less 5% administration/service fee.
- 50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in less 5% administration/service fee.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Please note that during peak season 15th December to 28th February a 30-day notice of cancellation is required if you book for this time of the year in advance.
If a cancellation has been made as per policy and a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be refunded less the administration/service fee of 5% in the same currency as you have paid for it. If the cancellation policy is not fulfilled, there will be no deposit refunded. Cleaning fees will always be refunded if you cancel before check-in.
Other cancellation conditions may apply by prior arrangement.
Non-Arrival
• If a guest fails to arrive by 9:00pm on the night of the reservation, he has no right to ask for a refund. The same applies if a guest choose to cut short his stay for whatever reason or occupies the apartment with less people than he made the reservation for. In both cases the host will charge the full value of the original reservation unless the apartment can be rebooked at the same price for the same or part of the previous days of reservation. However, all cancellations are subject to a standard cancellation charge of 5% administration/service fee of the value of the original reservation.
Damage and Incidentals
The guest will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by himself, by somebody of his registered group of occupants or by by anybody he allowed access to the apartment during his stay. This includes damages caused to the apartment, to the car park, and/or any part of the entire building.
Contract agreements
- Check in after 1.00 PM, before 9.00 PM
- Check out before 12.00 PM (Midday)
- Maximum overnight guests: 4 people (5 beds available)
- Children allowed: ages 0-18
- Baby bed available for infants on demand.
- Chair for toddlers can be provided.
- Bed linen, bathroom towels, and tea towels will be handed out once at the beginning of the stay.
- No pets allowed.
- No events allowed. Guests of our guests can be received in the common living room until 9 pm, but not in the apartment.
- No smoking allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- Temporary or permanent house rules are to be strictly observed.
Cleaning Practices
- Cleaned with disinfectant.
- Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact.
- All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF.
- High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant.
- One day blocked between two lots of guests to allow good air circulation.

General legal note
Please be aware that by making a reservation you enter a binding contractual relationship with me as your host, which is governed not only by the above rules, but also by common rules of the Chilean law. The place of jurisdiction for any dispute is Chile, without exception.
The reservation is only valid for the number of persons for which the reservation has been confirmed. If you wish to use the apartment with more persons, you need the host’s agreement before you move in. A further payment of additional reservation charges may apply. Unauthorized additional occupancy entitles me to cancel your reservation with immediate effect at any time. As this is considered a breach of contract, the reservation payment already made will be retained, without the guest being able to claim a refund.
